1. Nature of Our Programmes

Dental Villa Academy conducts hands-on training workshops for dental students and practitioners, designed to build practical clinical confidence and skill.

• All programmes offered by the Academy are workshops, not courses, diplomas, certifications, fellowships, or degrees.
• The Academy does not claim recognition, approval, or accreditation from the National Dental Commission (NDC), the erstwhile Dental Council of India (DCI), any State Dental Council, or any university or statutory body, and does not represent its workshops as conferring any recognized academic or professional dental qualification.
• Participants receive a Certificate of Participation/Attendance only. This certificate confirms attendance at a given workshop and does not certify clinical competency, skill level, or fitness to practise any procedure independently, and does not confer any registrable qualification, licence, credit, or entitlement under the Dentists Act, 1948, the National Dental Commission Act, 2023, or any other applicable law.

2. Mentorship and Supervision

• All clinical demonstrations and hands-on sessions are conducted under the direct supervision of Dr. Wasim Hussain, MDS (Prosthodontics), a registered dental practitioner, or another registered, qualified dentist designated by the Academy.
• Participants perform hands-on procedures strictly as supervised trainees. The supervising registered dentist retains clinical responsibility for all patient treatment carried out during workshop sessions.
• Participation in a workshop does not authorize any participant to independently practise dentistry. Independent practice of dentistry in India is restricted to persons registered under the Dentists Act, 1948, and participants remain fully bound by the laws governing dental practice and registration in their respective jurisdictions.

3. Patient Consent and Care

• All patients treated during live training sessions provide informed consent, acknowledging that the environment is a supervised training setting and that procedures may be performed or assisted by trainees under the direct supervision of a registered dentist.
• The Academy takes reasonable care to ensure patient safety and treatment quality; however, outcomes for any clinical procedure cannot be guaranteed, as is the case with any dental treatment.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

• The Academy does not guarantee any specific learning outcome, skill acquisition, examination result, career advancement, or professional success as a result of attending any workshop.
• Content, techniques, and demonstrations shared are for educational purposes and reflect the experience and clinical judgment of the presenting mentor(s); they are not a substitute for a participant's own professional training, licensing requirements, or clinical judgment.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dentl Villa Academy, its mentors, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• participation in any workshop or training session;
• reliance on any information, technique, or material shared during a workshop;
• any patient treatment outcome arising from a live training session, save for the responsibility retained by the supervising registered dentist as described above.
